Our waitlist for membership is currently closed as we do not have capacity to intake anymore members at the moment while keeping our quality of service at a sufficient level.
This is largely because the severity of the food security crisis in Canada is continuing on - this means that as members find it harder to cover costs, the length of time they need increased food assistance (membership) increases, and so we sadly cannot intake people at a steady rate.
That said, everyone is welcome to come shop at the markets at a non-member price, which is an estimated 50% of regular grocery store prices. Here is more information on our solidarity markets.
Find other food security organisations in the borough here.
